Epsom Oriental Massage

I booked a massage, arrived on location and the 30 minute appointment began. 10 minutes through the massage, another person arrived who had been booked for the same time as me. It turned out that my booking had not been properly registered by the booker while this other person's appointment had been logged (presumably by someone else.) I was told by the masseur to leave, despite having already begun the session I booked for, because whoever had taken my appointment had failed to note it down. There was no attempt to negotiate or offer something else, only that I needed to talk to the boss. When I called up afterwards I couldn't get through to anyone. Their booking system needs serious improvement. Very unprofessional client services.

Having just moved to Epsom, I was looking for somewhere local to have a massage. Unfortunately my experience of the Chinese Massage place was very disappointing. 1. The location is a shop with an advertising wrap over the windows. When I arrived, the door was actually locked with a sign saying back at 15:00 which is not the most professional. The door was opened by the owner and I was shown into a room that had some heart shaped string lights and a shower. I was given no instructions of where to put my clothes, there was no music and it didn't feel professional, it felt like what it was, a room in the back of a shop. 2. I paid for an hour massage at £45 but actually the massage only lasted 45 minutes. 3. There was little technique involved in the massage. I noticed on the side a bottle of baby lotion so not even decanted into another bottle. It is now Monday morning and I am still in agony, the lady has done some real damage to my back. There was also nothing special about the massage, nothing that would make me identify it as a Chinese massage, no special oils, no techniques, no option for tea or water afterwards. Basically this was one of the worst massages I have ever had and would recommend that you avoid this place at all costs.
